First Event: Bakers Hill Rally in July 2020. Before I had my rallying debut I had raced competitively in Karting from the age 7 till I was 15. Shortly after that, I moved into a single season in circuit racing, piloting a Radical Sr3.
Favourite Rally: Royal Rally of Scandinavia. This rally uses Ex WRC roads from the winter rally Sweden including the famous “Colin’s Crest” stage. we use these stages in the summer so there is a little bit less snow than you used to see on the WRC! I competed in this event in 2023 in the Junior ERC championship.
Rallying Hero: I definitely can’t say I have just one Rallying Hero! As many people know, I am a third generation in the McRae family to get into rallying! My Hero drivers would of course have to be my Dad Alister, Uncle Colin and Grandfather Jimmy McRae!
Interesting Fact: I have lived in Perth, Australia for 16 years of my life! I’m always back in Perth over Christmas to get some sun, before I come back to rainy Scotland for the rally season to get underway! Definitely have lost the strong Lanark accent now.
